M (Standard Metallic)
This is a flat yarn that the polyester film is slit. This film has the layers that metal e.g. aluminium is metallized, colored layer and the layer to protect the metallized layer.

Less expensive and high luster, because twisting process is not required.

It’s single mettalic yarn made by the film, thus it’s twisted with other yarns often. But it also can be used onlty itself as flat yarn.

Compare with other metallic yarn, metallic flat yarn is esier to be broken and expanded. To avoid these, please examine well to adjust your weaving and knitting machines and to specify your product’s specification.

12mic & 25mic thicknesses are avaiolable.

Metallic, pearl, holographic, transpalent and so on are available.

M-80S (Matt Color)
Retro matt metallic yarn with various colors. Less luster than regular high luster metallic yarn. This metallic yarn can be used for the base yarn of yarn twisting.

not applicable for the piece dyeing

KP-50 (Paper Yarn)
Washi is the traditional Japanese paper with a silky softness but washable.
And traditional Washi yarns was widely used in Japan but reinforced by rayon or cotton yarns.

Our new development is Washi (Japanese paper) flat yarn can be used without supported.
It is a Narrow width (0.37mm) Japanese Paper flat yarn, made by laminated thinner Japanese Paper with Polyester film inside. Then, it can be used for weavings and garments.

Please feel silky softness and light weight with mild brightness made by thinner paper and film glaze.

SRS-20 (SIRIUS)
Can add excellent luster to finished fabrics only with sirius flat metallic yarn without twisting or supporting with any other yarn.
Strong tensil strength and less elongation make it possible to use flat yarn metallic yarn as weft without making faults in weaving.
Fine width Sirius gives smooth testure and soft touch to finished fabrics.
Piece dyeing using acid dyes & cationic dyes available.
Finished fabrics would have smooth touch & high brilliance as it is woven with Sirius flat metallic only.
Suitable for water jet, air jet and high speed rapier looms and the turns of flat metallic is not noticeableon fabrics.
Make up on bobbins. Processing & ironing in high temperature are not recommendable since Sirius uses, as a component, polyethylene film that is relatively weaker to high temperature.

CRS-25

(Dye Resistant Yarn for Reactive Dyes)
Special type metallic yarn for Treatment process and piece dyed fabrics specially for silk scouring fabrics & cotton and/or rayon piece dyed fabrics with reactive Dyes.
Cotton mercerization finishing also endurable.
It can be used for dyeing with Nylon, Acrylic, Acetate, Silk & Polyester.
In case of Polyester disperse dyeing, the silver yarn can be used for over-dyeing metallic yarns to make a desired color metallic yarns. (Do not use gold yarns for disperse dyeing).
Cotton breaching with hydrogen peroxide is enable. But please avoid caustic soda as little as possible.
