Can be used for caustic soda reduction process and suitable for the weft yarn of polyester georgette woven fabric. but please test the condiditon of reduction process due to extremely narrow lame 1/168″ (0.15mm).

becasue of double covered by 20 denier polyester, this lame is good on diemsional stability and dyeing property.

can be used for mercerization of the fabric.

Can be used for silk scouring and bleaching by hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide.

silver lame (TPX352) can be dyed to color lame and used for piece dyeing by polyester dyeing.

Can be used for nylon, rayon, cotton, acrylic, acetate, silk and polyester dyeings. But color is dyed by the disperse dye, becasue surface of the yarn is made by polyester and luster as metallic yarn remains.

Please notice: This is a pure silver metallized product. And because of the charactoer of pure silver, in case it’s exposed to acid or sulfer, lame gets blackening, loses luster or whiten.
